Choose between our superior double room or The Treasure Box suite. All rooms and suites are equipped with modern amenities and have a private sitting area. The Treasure Box suites are also equipped with a private pantry and a separate living room. Smoking rooms are available but most of our rooms are non-smoking. All rooms and Suites are fully marbled and without any carpets.
Double room Standard
The double rooms are 18 sqm in size. Views of the rooms look to the direction of the Grand Mosque and the north of Muscat. Double rooms accommodate up to two adults on a double or twin bed. A separate sitting area with a turning 32” LCD Satellite TV and Wifi Internet access will turn your room into your office. The open bathroom features European standards like a design washbasin and a flat walk in rain shower.

Double room Superior
The superior double rooms are 22 sqm in size and facing the south side. Besides the size, the superior double room is appointed in the same way as the standard double. Coffee and tea making facilities and a mini-bar are also standard in all Superior rooms.

Executive double room
The executive double rooms are 22 sqm in size and located on the corners of the Hotel. Views of the rooms look either in the direction to the Gulf of Oman or the Bousher dunes infront of the Hajar mountains. Executive rooms accommodate up to two adults in a King size bed. A small walk in pantry tops up the extras of the executive rooms.

Treasurebox Suite
The Treasurebox suites are 36 sqm in size and located on the corners and south side of the hotel. Views of the rooms look either to the sea side or the mountain side. All Suites accommodate up to two adults in a King size bed room and a maximum of two children below 6 years on an existing sofa bed in the living room. A private walk in pantry and a dining table in the living area will make you feel at home. The living room is also equipped with a 32” LCD TV and Wifi Internet. The bathroom offers all amenities like a flat rain shower and a design washbasin.

Penthouse Club Suite
The Club Suites are all located on the top floor of the hotel and with a size of 41 sqm it is easy to accommodate two adults in a King size bed room facing the Arabic sea or the Hajar mountains, and up to two children below the age of 6 years in the living room. The living room area offers you a pull out sofa bed, a 32” LCD TV and an open pantry, dining table and real light roof windows. A private roof top terrace is connected to the King size bed room, which also connects to the open bath room. The European standard bathroom welcomes you with a natural light roof window and your private Jacuzzi. The open walk in cupboard will finish your private 16 sqm spa.
